Burning Questions
On this page, I'll answer some questions about tedious things like Refunds, Shipping and Returns.
Shipping
I don't like shipping. BUT, if you buy something from my Burnt Offerings Page, I WILL ship. However, YOU will have to pay for it. Last time I shipped something, it was $26, and took a week.
Maybe you'd prefer to pick up.


Refunds & Returns
Less easy. I don't do returns. With that said, I will look at any piece that breaks, or crazes, within ONE YEAR OF PURCHASE. If it 'simply broke', send me pictures of the pieces and where it broke. If I determine it's a product flaw, I will make a new one, or refund your money. If you dropped it, banged it, dinged it or chipped it, I'll make you a new one at a discount price. If the glaze crazes (cracks and lines), we can have a discussion about how YOU would like to proceed. I will obviously not replace it with the same glaze.
